RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 21, 2011,
at a cost of $29,500.00, for F.Y. 2011 Biennial Bridge
Inspections, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
