TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the
3rd day of September 2024, at 5:30
p.m., in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo: Iowa. a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale and
conveyance of city -owned property
located east of 415 Newell Street, in
the amount of 81.00, to Lucy Evans,
including approval of a Development
Agreement for the demolition of the
home formerly at 437 Newell Street
legally described as follows:
Lot 9 in Block 3 in Manson's Second
Addition to Waterloo, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard or
may file written objection with the City
Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before
the date set for said hearing.
