RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES GRANT
FOR AN EARLY RETIREE REINSURANCE PROGRAM
(ERRP).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program (ERRP) Plan, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk authorized to
submit same to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St d of February, 2011.
