RESOLUTION NO. 2024-526 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY ROBSON HOMES INC., FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PRAIRIE MEADOW ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, A 5-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION IN THE "R-3" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED EAST OF OMAHA AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 3rd day of September 2024, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Prairie Meadow Estates First Addition, a S- lot residential subdivision in the "R-3" Multiple Residence District located east of Omaha Avenue, was presented for approval by Robson Homes, Inc., and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on August 20, 2024, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by Robson Homes, Inc., of Prairie Meadow Estates First Addition, a 5-lot residential subdivision in the "R-3" Multiple Residence District located east of Omaha Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
