RESOLUTION NO. 2024-528
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE MINOR PLAT OF WCF&N INDUSTRIAL
PARK, A 3-LOT INDUSTRIAL PLAT IN THE "M-2" HEAVY
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LOCATED AT 2975 AIRLINE CIRCLE.
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of September 2024, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa the Minor Plat of WCF&N Industrial Park, a 3-lot industrial plat in
the "M-2" Heavy Industrial District located at 2975 Airline Circle, and necessary documents,
were presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been previously submitted to and has been approved by
the Waterloo City Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission August 21, 2024, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Minor Plat of WCF&N Industrial Park, a 3-lot industrial plat in the "M-2"Heavy
Industrial District located at 2975 Airline Circle, and necessary documents, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 2024.
