RESOLUTION NO. 2024-532
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH IMPACT7G, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $3,200.00, TO COMPLETE A PHASE I
ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT FOR A CITY -
OWNED LOT ALONG LEVERSEE ROAD WITHIN THE
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a Professional Services Agreement with Impact7G, in an amount not to exceed
$3,200.00, to complete a phase I Environmental Site Assessment for a city -owned lot along
Leversee Road within the Waterloo Air and Rail Park, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 2024.
