RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS
SEPTEMBER 26, 2024, AND RESETTING THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS OCTOBER 7, 2024, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2025 MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DRIVE
WETLAND A RESTORATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
1109, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2025 Martin Luther King, Jr.
Drive Wetland A Restoration Project, Contract No. 1109, be scheduled for September 26, 2024,
at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of October 2024, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2025 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive Wetland A
Restoration Project, Contract No. 1109.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
