RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF HOTEL/MOTEL
TAX COUNCIL DISCRETIONARY FUNDS TO THE
WATERLOO POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$36,000.00, FOR UNIFORMED POLICE PRESENCE AT
COMMUNITY EVENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Convention and Visitors Bureau Board's recommendation for funding the
hotel/motel tax council discretionary funds to the Waterloo Police Department in the amount of
$36,000.00, for Uniformed Police Presence at Community Events, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 2024.
