RESOLUTION NO. 2024-512
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF
SIDEWALK ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTIES LISTED ON
EXHIBIT A, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the assessment listed on Exhibit "A", is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment in the amount of $3,499.08, is hereby
canceled, along with any penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City
Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
