RESOLUTION NO. 2024-513
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY PAJIC TUCKPOINTING INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,100.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ARTS CENTER TUCKPOINTING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Pajic Tuckpointing Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction
with the Arts Center Tuckpointing Project, and
WHEREAS, Pajic Tuckpointing Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the quote documents, and specifications as approved by the Building
Department.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Pajic Tuckpointing Inc., in conjunction with Arts Center
Tuckpointing Project, in the amount of $45,100.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 2024.
