ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 135 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended
by adding after Sup-Section No. 184, of saio Section, the following Sub-Section No.
One hundred eighty-five (185) .

A parcel of land located in the SW-SW of Section 2-38-13 described
as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 2; thence due East
1057.35 feet along the South line of Section 2; thence N. 0° 17'
30" E. 33.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence N. 0° 17' 30" E.
562.25 feet; thence S. 43° 20' 30" W. 292.7 feet; thence S. 0° 17'
30" W. 219.25 feet; thence S. 50° 30' W. 204.75 feet; thence S. 90°
00' E. 357.1 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.3 acres
more or less.
and
A parcel of land located in the SW-SW of Section 2-38-13 described
as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner said Section 2; thence due East 1317.35
feet along the South line of Section 2 to the SE corner of the SW-SW
Section 2-38-13; thence N. 0° 17' 30" E. 33.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N. 0° 17' 30" E. 710.7 feet; thence S. 48° 48' W.
266.9 feet; thence S. 0° 17' 30" 4. 534.9 feet; thence S. 90° 00' E.
200.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.9 acres more or less.

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a certified
