NO. FOUR (4) , ORIGINAL PLAT ON EAST SIDE OF WATERLOO.-
BE IT ORDAINED BY ThE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA, AS y
FOLLOWS:
The Northwesterly ten (10) feet of the Southeasterly one
hundred ten (110) feet of Lot No. Six (6) end .the
Southwesterly twenty (20) feet of the Northwesterly ten
(10) of the Southeasterly one hundred ten (110) feet
of Lot Ho. One (1) in Block No. Four (4) , Original Plat
on East Side, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacating, with the City' s re-
tention of an easement over, under, and above the above described
parcel.
