BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, that the annexed rate of advertising is the regular legal rate of

and Alleys, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed in its entirety;
that new Subsection (2) Fifth Street (East and West) of Section 542, One-
Way Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows:
(2) Fifth Street (East and West) Northeast to the southwest between
Walnut Street and Bayard Street except
the southeast lane between Water Street
and Washington Street.
