CLEAN AND SANITARY CONDITION, TO CHAPTER 36, VEHICIF.S FOR HIRE.
BF IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Towas
rrh.-t Section 36-22, Vehicles Kept in Clean and Sanitary Condition, of
clvpter 36, c'ehicles for Hire, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, IOW, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Section
36-22, ,7ehicles Kept in Clean and Sanitary Condition, of Chapter 36,
vehicles for Hire, of the Code of Ordinances of the C4;ty of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
Sec. 36-22. 7ehicles kept in cleT:n and sanitary condition.
Every vehicle operating under this chapter shall be kept in E-T clean
and sanitary condition. In addition, every vehicle operating under this
chapter shall be kept free of major physical damage and free of excessive
rust.
