ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 187 TO SECTION 2A-5 , RUONINC
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No . 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Subsection No . 186 of said Section,
the following Subsection No . One hundred eighty-seven (187) .
"187
A parcel of land located in the NW4 of. Section
11-89-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Commencing at the NW corner of said NW4; thence South
along the West line of said NA a distance of 788 .40
ft. ; thence N. 89° 36' 05" E. a distance of 595 ft . to
the point of beginning; thence N. 89° 36 ' 05" E. a
distance of 1070. 16 ft. ; thence S . 00° 00' 23" W. a
distance of 1510 ft. ; thence N. 89° 48 ' 12" W a
distance of 789 ft. ; thence north a distance of
980 ft. ; thence N. 89° 48 ' 12" W. a distance of
281. 16 ft. ; thence North a distance of 530 ft. to
the point of beginning.
The West line of the NWT of Section 11-89-13 is
assumed to bear N-S.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" Light Industrial
District, and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2 ,P" Planned Industrial
District.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
