BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that: Subsection (2) Fifth Street (East and West) of Section 542, One-Way Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (2) Fifth Street (East and West) of Section 542, One-Way Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: (2) Fifth Street (East and West) Northeast to the southwest between Walnut Street and Bayard Street.
