AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF STARLITE BLVD.
SUBJECT TO RETENTION OF EASEENT.
BF IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY C)F. WATERLOO, IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS :
Starlite Boulevard from the north right-of-way line
of Crossway Drive to the south right-of-way line of U. S.
'fighway ?18 as now established.
Subject to the retention of an easement over the followinn
described property :
All that kart of -Starlite Govleva-rd—located in Flack Hawk County ,
1aterloo, Iowa , west of the Sth P.M. described a follows :
Beginning at the southwest corner of University
Avenue and Starlite Poulevard as now established ;
thence southeasterly along a line 5!-: feet fron and
Parallel with the centerline of ljniversity Avenue as
now established to the easterly line of Starlite
Boulevard ; thence south along the east line of
Starlite Boulevard a distance of 35 feet ; thence
northwesterly parallel with the centerline of
University Avenue to a ooint 10 feet normal
distant easterly of the centerline of Starlite
Boulevard ; thence southerly along a line 10 feet
easterly of and parallel with the centerline of
Starlite Boulevard to the north u-O-W line of
Crossway Drive ; thence northwesterly along the
north R-1-1,1 line of Crossway Drive to a noint 20
feet normal distant westerly of the centerline of
Starlite Boulevarl ; thence northerly aloni a line
20 feet west of and parallel with the centerlile
of Starlite noulevard to a point 35 feet
southerly of the southwest P-0- 4 line of

line ParallP1 with the southwest P-OW line of
University Avenue to the westerly R-O-W line of
