ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING sun.sEcTrom NO. 189 TO
SECTION ?A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED RY THE COUNCIL OF IMF CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance Ho. 2479 , as amended ,
e further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 19R, of said
Section , the following Sub-Section No. One hundred eighty-nine

Southwesterly fifty ( 59) feet of Lot Seven ( 7 )
and all of Lot Ten ( 10) in Block Twenty-two ( 22 )
in the Original Plat on the Fast Side of the
Cedar River, Waterloo , Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Yaterloo, Ioa , as "C-2" Commercial
Pistrict , he and the same is hereby zoned as "C-3" Central
Pusiness District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk he , and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County , Iowa.
