ESTABLISHING GRADE
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING GRADES FOR THE FOLLOWING STREETS, ROADS, AVENUES,
AND BOULEVARDS:
HARTMAN AVENUE FROM ANSBOROUGH AVENUE TO MAGNOLIA PARKWAY, UPTON AVENUE FROM
DUNDEE AVENUE TO EVERGREEN AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, THAT THE
ELEVATIONS ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL SHALL BE:
