AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
DELANE AVENUE GENERALLY LOCATED
BETWEEN MARTIN ROAD AND U.S.
HIGHWAY 63.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That portion of Delane Avenue lying south
of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 63 and
north of the right-of-way line of Martin
Road, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, on the �1-4- day of ca J G U 5 , 1981, and approved by the
