That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended , be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 189 , of said Section, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred ninety ( 190) . " 190 A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 , SW 1/4 of Section 12-89-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , described as follows : Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 , SW 1/4 of said Section 12 ; thence N . 00 degrees 00 ' 00" W. along the East line of said SW 1/4 , SW 1/4 a distance " of 33.00 feet to the Northerly R-O-W line of East Donald Street , as now established ; thence N . 89 degrees 00' 51 " W. along said Northerly R-O-W line a distance of 478.61 feet to the point of beginning ; thence N . 89 degrees 00' 51 " W. along said Northerly R-O-W line a distance of 185. 00 feet ; thence N . 00 degrees 06 ' 00" E . a distance of 200.01 feet ; thence S . 89 degrees 00 ' 51" E . a distance of 185.00 feet ; thence S . 00 degrees 06' 00" W. a distance of 200.01 feet to the point of beginning.
