AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
LYING BETWEEN CALHOUN & SCHULTZ STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
All of twenty (20) ft. alley lyinr adjacent to
Lots 26 and 27 in Auditor Barnes Plat of Maywood,
14aterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, on the 8th day of September, 1V1, and approved by the Mayor
on the 10th day of September, 1981.
