ORDINANCE AHENDING ORDINANCE 40. 2479 ,
AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO.
191 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended ,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 190 , of said
Section , the following Sub-Section o, one hundred ninety-one
( 191 ) .

Lots 236 , 237 , 238 , 23q and 240, Pleasant View
Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County ,
Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of waterloo, Iowa , as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District , be and the see is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District as above deSCrihed. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of 13lack
Hawk County , Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 14th day of
September , 191 , approved by the Mayor on the lftb Jay
of September, 1981 .
