ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 ,
AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO.
192 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended ,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 191 , of said
Section , the following Sub-Section No. One Hundred Ninety-Two
( 192) .

Hayes Addition , City of Waterloo
NE 44 ' Lot 4 Block 16
NE 44 ' Lot 5 Block 16
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "U- 1 "
Unclassified District be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1"
Light Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be , and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County , Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 28th day of
September , 1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 30th day
of September, 1981.
