AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ARCHER
AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
That portion of sixty ( 50) ft. right-of-way of
Archer Avenue lying east of the right-of-way
of Colorado Street and west of right-of-way
line of U. S. Highway 20, with City ' s retention of a
permanent easement over, under, and above the south
twenty ( 20) ft. of the above described parcel .
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , on the 5th day of October, 1981 , and approved by the Nayor
on tne 7th day of October, 1981 .
