BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IWA , AS FOLLOWS : section 1 . The oayor of Waterloo , Iowa , shall receive an annual salary of thirty-three thousand five-hundred forty and noil,Ots dollars ( :133 , 640) beginning January 2 , 1982. The oayor ' s salary shall be increased on January 1 , 1983, by a percentage equal to the average percentage increase of the following City positions : Library Director, Conway lanager , Community Developrent Administrator, Recreation Director, Parks Director, Police Chief , Fire Chief, Airport Director and City Engineer.
