The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall receive an annual salary of three thousand two hundred fifty and no/looths dollars ($3 , 25o) beginning January 2 , 1982, and an annual salary of three thousand five hundred ten dollars ( 3,510) , beninnirn January 1 , 1983.
