I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 186) SHAULIS ROAD OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED T.TMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS, AND SUBSECTION
43) HAMMOND AVENUE OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; THAT NEW
SUBSECTIONS (88) SHAUL'S ROAD, `86a) SHAULIS ROAD AND (A)))
SHAUPS ROAD OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS, AND NW SUBSECTION (43) HAMMOND AVENUE OF SECTION 543,
THRU STREETS ARE HEREBY ENACTED IN LIEU THEREOF; THAT NEW
SUBSECTION (89a) SHAULIS ROAD IS HEREBY ADDED TO SECTION 543,
THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Qterloo, owa, tht:
Section 1.
Subsection (80) Shaulis Road of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits
in Certain Areas, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that new Subsections 88) Shaulis Road, (88a) Shaulis Road
and 88b) Shaulis Road of Section 541, increasing Speed Limits in Certain
Areas, of the Traffic Ordin-nce, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows
(68) Shaulis Road - from Highway 21 to Hammond Avenue 45 mph

Section 2.

Section 543, Thru Streets, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows!
(43) Hammond Avenue South corporate limits to South Street,
except for two-wy stops at Orange Road
and Sh;iulis Road, traffic signels at
Highway 412, -Ald four-wry stops at
Ridgeway Avenue, itchell Avenue and
Williston Avenue
Section 3.
New Subsection (89a) Shaulis Road is hereby added to Section 543, Thru
Streets, as follows
