AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, CHAPTER 4, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BY AMENDING SECTION 4-29,
PROHIBITED SALES AND ACTS, TO PROHIBIT BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSE
HOLDERS FROM SHOWING MOTION PICTURES AND OTHER PHOTOGRAPHIC
DISPLAYS OF NUDITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1.
That Section 4-29, Prohibited Sales and Acts, of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, under Chapter 4, Alcoholic Beverages, is
hereby amended to add thereto new Subsection (i) as follows:
-(i) cause, procure, counsel or assist any person in showing or
displaying motion pictures, slides, photographic or other printed displays
within the licensed premises which depict or show the genitals, pubic hair,
perineum, anus region, or pubic hair region of either the male or female.
