AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, ENOWT1 AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (130) } WARD STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARYING PROP:MI.7'En AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS,
IN ITS ENTIRETY; ANT) BY ENACTING TN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(130) H(WARD AVENUE UNDER SECTION 551; AND BY ADDING SUBSECTION
(488) COT,UMBUS DRIVE AND SUBSECTION (253a) SHAULIS ROAD TO
SECTION 551.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (130) Howard Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited
At All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (130) Howard Avenue of
Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of the
Traffic Ordinance, is enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(130) Howard Avenue North side from LaPorte Road to the easterly
end of said street; south side from West 11th
Street to Hammond Avenue
That Subsection (48a) Columbus Drive And Subsection (253a) Shaulis Road
are hereby added to Section 551, Parking prohibited At All Times on
Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance, as follows:
(48a) Columbus iirive North side from west Ninth Street to the
easterly end of said street
(253a) Shaulis Road Both sides from Iv:mond Avenue to 800 feet
east of ness Road
