AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PROPERTY
ON BISMARK AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , AS
FOLLOWS :
A part of risnark Avenue as platted in Galloway
Addition to Waterloo, Iowa , described as a strip
of land 5 feet wide and 124.q6 feet long l.yinc
south of and adjacent to Lot 152 (Ialloway
Addition.
shall he , and the same is hereby vacated.
The deed shall contain a provision that if the grantor (City of
Waterloo) should ever rec,uire said right-of-way , the grantee shall
agree to sell the above described right-of-way back to the City
for the same price as it was purchased ( 62.43) .
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , on the 28th day of December, 1981 , and approved by the "ayor
on the 30th day of December, 1981 .
