BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amend- ed, be further amefollowinged by daub�Section Sub-Section hundredl51 of fifty- said Section, the two (152) : "152 All of Lots No. 1, 2 and 3 of Auditor Barnes Plat No. 1 and all of Allen Heights First Addition Ex- cept for the West 60 feet and the South 100 feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multi- ple Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial District as above described". Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby direct- ed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Re- corder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
