ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 153 TO
SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub Sectiof ifo,y 152 of(saidt Section,
the following Sub-Section No. one
153
Lots 16, 17 , and 18, Block 8, Blowers Addition,
all in City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning nap of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" Light Industrial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described" .
