ADDrTr; SUB-SECTION NO. 154 TO SECTION 2A-5 , uzonir
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL Or LIE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 133 of said
Section, the followine Sub-Sectice. No. one hundred fifty four (154) :

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block
5 of Corwin' s Second Addition to Waterloo,
Iowa; thence Easterly along the South line
of said Block 5, 215. 7 feet; thence North-
westerly along the arc of the curve, whose
radius is 726.6 feet and whose chord is
245. 3 feet and forms and angle of 23° 39 'O9f'
with the said South line of said Lllock 5, to
a point 117. 7 feet North of the Sotthwest
corner of said Block 5; thence Southerly
along said West line 117. 7 feet to the place
of beginning.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District as above described" .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and sae is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 22nd day of January,
1979, approved by the T4avor on the 22nd day of January, 1979.
