ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 155 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 154 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. one hundred fifty five (155)?
"155
All of Lots No. 4 and 5 in Decathlon Place in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-1" Commercial District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 22nd day of January,
1979, approved by the Mayor on the 22nd day of January, 1979.
