ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION dO. 156 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BZ IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 155 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. one hundred fifty six, (156) :
"156
Lots 1-11 of Regency Acres and that part of Tract
"B", Waterloo Country Club Addition, Waterloo, Iowa
lying East of a line 440 feet West of and parallel
to the most Easterly line of said Tract "B" described
as follows :
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Tract "B" ;
thence due North along the East line of said Tract
"B" a distance of 388 . 12 feet to the point of beginning.
Thence continuing due North a distance of 114. 74 feet;
thence North 27° 34' 40" West, 154. 72 feet; thence on
the arc of a 523. 87 foot radius circle concave North-
westerly an arc distance of 249. 80 feet to its point
of tangent with a line bearing South 89° 44' 35"
West; thence South 89° 44' 35" West 128. 19 feet; thence
due South 191. 79 feet; thence due East 440. 00 feet to
the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4, R-P" Planned
Residence District as above described" .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 22nd day of January, 1979,.
approved by the Mayor on the 22nd day of January, 1979.
