AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SOUTH 3' OF THE 8'
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH
LOT LINES OF LOT 1, 5 AND 8, REGENCY ACRES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
That
the South 3 feet of the 8 foot drainage and
utility easement located along the North lot
lines of Lots 1, 5 and 8, Regency Acres in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 12th day of
February, 1979, approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of February,
1979.
