AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 20' BUILDING SETBACK
LINE LOCATED WITHIN LOTS 5, 6, 8 AND 9,
REGENCY ACRES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Tha t
the 20 foot building setback line
located within Lots 5, 6, 8, and
9, Regency Acres, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 12th day of
February, 1979, approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of February,
1979.
