ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 158 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 72E CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding
after Sub-Section No. 157 of said Section, the following Sub_Section No. one hundred fifty
eight (158):

That part of the South One-half (S1) of the Northwest One-quarter
(NW' ) of Section Eight (8) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range
Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows: Beginning at
the Northwest corner of said S'_NW1/4; thence South Four Hundred (400) feet
along the West line of said S`-ZNW'4; thence East One Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty (1330) feet along a line parallel to the North line of said SYNW14;
thence Southeasterly to a point in the East line of said S'INW' that is
Five Hundred Eighty-seven (587) feet South of the Northeast corner of
said S' NW14; thence North along the East line of said SNW1.4 to the North-

east coiner thereof; thence West, along the North line of said S1/2NW' to
Ole point of beginning, except the West Three Hundred Sixty-five (365)
feet; and except commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 8;
thence SOO°05'E One Thousand Three Hundred Seven and Two Tenths ( 1307.2)
feet along the West line of the NWT of said Section 8 to the Northwest
corner of the S'INW1 of said Section 8; thence N89°55'E One Thousand Four
Hundred Ten (1410) feet along the North line of said S'NW to the point
of beginning; thence S81°591/2'E Nine Hundred Fifty-nine and Four Tenths
(959.4) feet; thence S86°33° E Two Hundred Ninety-four and Six Tenths
(294J ) feet to a point on the East line of said S1/2NW14; thence NOO°0211'W
One Hundred Sixty-six and Seven Tenths (166.7) feet along said East line
to a point located at the intersection of the North and East line of said

( 1244. 1) feet along said North line to the point of beginning, containing
2.64 acres, more or less.
