AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NAMES FOR CERTAIN PRIVATE STREETS
WITHIN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the following private streets located within the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
are hereby named as follows:
(1) Administration Street: Fourth street to right of Campus View Drive
intersecting with Farm View, continuing south and then southeasterly for a
short distance.
(2) Archer Avenue: First street North of Cottage Grove Avenue running from
Gilbert Avenue to west of Creston Avenue.
(3) Campus View Drive: The first street north after turning east off of
Hammond Avenue onto Orange Road. This street circles the campus.
(4) Celebrity Court: The first street east of Colby Road running from
Glencoe Avenue.
(5) Charleston Court: First street south of Independence Avenue from Bishop
Avenue west.
(6) Cottonwood Lane: Second street east of Burton Avenue running south from
West Donald.
(7) Dusty Road: Second street running northwesterly from Kris Line Drive.
(8) Eilers Lane: First street east of Starr Drive running north from
Independence Avenue.
(9) Enterprise Avenue: First street northwest of Highway No. 412 running
from Sears Street to Ridgeway Avenue.
(10) Farm View Street: Second street to the right of Campus View Drive after
turning off of Orange Road. This street forms a "T" intersection and goes
south and then east again intersecting with Administration Street. It also
goes north again to Campus View Drive.
(11) National Drive: Street running west from Bellaire Road; thence south
to West Ridgeway Avenue located within National Plaza.
(12) Range Court: First street to left of Campus View Drive after turning
off of Orange Road.
(13) Reserve Road: Road running from West City Limits northeast into Hartman
Reserve.
(14) Service Street: First street to right of Campus View Drive after turning
off of Orange Road.
(15) Stone Quarry Road: Road running through quarry from Burton Avenue
northeast to West Donald,
(16) Success Street: Street running north and south from Campus View Drive
on the south side of campus to Service Street.
(17) Tech Drive: Second street to left of Orange Road after turning left from
Hammond Avenue onto Orange Road, then crossing Campus View Drive on south side
of campus turning in a circular direction to the left, intersecting with
Vision Street and then Campus View Drive again.
(18) Vera Drive: First street east of Helen Road from Castle Street north.
