ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 161 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No . 160 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No . One hundred sixty one (161) :
"161
From "A-1" Agricultural District to "C-2" Commercial District
All that part of the following described parcel lying Southeasterly of
a line that is 560 feet normally distant Northwesterly from the North-
* westerly R-O-W line of Iowa Hwy. 412 as originally establisher: and
Northwesterly of a line that is 500 feet normally distant Northwesterly
from the Northwesterly R-O-W line of Iowa Hwy. 412 as originally
established.
A parcel of land located in the NE Frac, µ and the SEµ of Section
2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 2; thence N. 0° 02' 43" W.
along the Westerly line of said NE Frac. µ a distance of 766.71
feet; thence S. 89° 55' L. a distance of 158.75 feet; thence
Easterly along a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of
998.575 feet and along chord bearing S. 85° 19' 49" E. a distance
of 159.85 feet; thence S. 90 15' 18" W. a distance of 60.00 feet;

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa .
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 21st day of May, 1979, approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 21st day of May, 1979.
