ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, t;S
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SEC'1ION NO. 163 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2:-5 of Ordinance No. 247c. , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 162 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred sixty three
(163) :
"163
The west one-half of the northwest one-quarter
of the northeast one-quarter of Section 29,
Township 89 North, Range 13 west of the Fifth
t rincipal Meridian in the City of 'w=aterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, excepting all legal
streets and highways,
now zoned on the Zoning Ma.p of Waterloo, Iowa, as "c-1" Agricult-
ural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
