AN ORDINANCE VACATING EIGHT FEET OF WEST
THIRD STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING BET4EEN
CEDAR STREET AND COMERCI,I4 STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF J.ATERLOO,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the eight (8) feet of West Third Street right-of-way
lying between Cedar street and Commercial Street, being
That part of Third Street adjoining Lot 46
in Block 1 of the Original -k-lat on the West
side Cedar River in Waterloo, Iowa, describ-
ed as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said
Lot #6; thence Iprthwesterly on an extension
of the NortheasWy vight-of-way line of Com-
mercial Street a distance of 3.0 feet ; thence
deflect right 89° 48 ' 15" parallel with the
Northwesterly line of said Lot #6 a distance
of 143.45 feet to the extension of the North
easterly line of said Lot 46; thence deflect
right 39° 48 15" along the extension of the
Northeasterly line of said Lot #6 a distance
of 7:-.J.0 feet to the most Northerly corner of
said Lot 46; thence southwesterly along the
Northwesterly line of said Lot #6 a distance
of 140.45 feet to the point of beginning,
shall be, and the same ilz,,111a,X*M vacated .
