BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :iisTERLoo,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
The Twenty (20) foot wide alley lying within
Block Six (6) Haye 'sAddition, City of Water-
loo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
mhall be, and the me:me im hereby vacated.
Pammed and adopted by the City Council on 25th day of
June, 1979, approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of June,
1979.
