AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36, VEHICLES FOR HIRE, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION (7) , GASOLINE SURCHARGE, TO SECTION 36-58, RATES
ESTABLISHED; COMPUTATION OF WAITING TIME, UNDER SUBSECTION (a)
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (7) , Gasoline Surcharge, is hereby added to Section
36-58, Rates Established; Computation of Waiting Time, under
Subsection (a) thereof, Chapter 36, Vehicles for Hire, of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as follows:
(7) Gasoline Surcharge. A $0.25 surcharge shall be collected
for each trip. Monies collected shall be deposited daily in a separate
account identified as "Gasoline Surcharge Account" and dedicated solely
towards the purchase of motor fuels. ,,gy�pp�
