ORDINANCE NO. 3 0 3 5
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 164 TO SECTION 2A-5,
CONDITIONAL ZONING IN A "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 163 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. one hundred sixty four
(164) :
"164
Lots 7, S, 9, 10, and 11 of Block 5 ,
Gates Park Place Addition in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
Conditional in a "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 2nd day of July, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on the 2nd day of July, 1979.
