AN ORDINANCE VACATING TWO EASEMENTS IN
LOTS 85 AND 36, PRAIRIE MEADOW WEST FIFTH
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
ICWA, AS FOLLO4S:
The five (5) foot utility easement lying
along the west lot line of Lot 85, except
for the north 15 feet and except the south
eight (8) feet; and also the five (5) foot
utility easement lying along the east lot
line of Lot 86, except for the north 15
feet and except the south eight (8) feet,
all in Prairie Meadow West Fifth Addition,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be, and the game is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 16th day of
July, 1979, approved by the Mayor on the 16th day of July,
1979.
