BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 4ATERLOO,
IOAIA, AS FOLLO4S:
The northeasterly 5 feet of the 8 foot
utility easement lying along the south-
westerly lot line of Lot 21, Noble-Hadley
Second Addition, in the City of 4aterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same iq hereby vacated.

July, 1979, approved by the Mayor on the 16th day of July,
