AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 168 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section Z4o. 167 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred sixty-eight (168) :
"168
Lots 3, 4, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
Tract A, and all that part of Lots 2, 5, and
12 lying within Lot 35, Auditor Whitney Road
Plat, Castle dill, Waterloo, Iowa, all in Sec-
tion 16 and 21-89-13 in the City of Waterloo
black hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One
and Two Family Residence District.
Section 2. That the Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
