AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDEUNCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, ar ADDING SUB-sECTION NO. 167 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1, That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, b4
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 166 of said Section, the
following Sub-Section No. One hundred sixty-seven (167) :

The North One-half of the Northwest Quarter
(NW ) of the Northwest Quarter (NA) and the
West Four Hundred Nineteen (419) feet of the
North Six Hundred Sixty and Twenty-one Hundredths
(660. 21) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE ) of the
Northwest Quarter (N*) of Section Twenty-three (23) ,
Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range Thirteen
West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, except that part lying within the
following described boundaries: Commencing at a point
which is One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-three (1593)
feet East of a point which is Forty (40) feet South of
the Northwest corner of said Section; thence South at
right angles with the North line of paid Section a dis-
tance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet; thence East One
Hundred Fifty (150) feet ; thence North One Hundred Fifty
(150) feet; thence West One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to
the point of beginning; and except all legal roadways.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of 'Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4, R-P" Planned Residence
District .
